The founding members of the U.S. Chef Ski Club, Jacky Ruette, Jean Pierre Foucart, Gerard Uhrik, and friends of the club, will sit down with Town of Hunter Supervisor, Sean Mahoney to discuss their 50-year legacy at Hunter Mountain and around the world at the Ulster & Delaware Train Station in Greene County, NY on Saturday.
The U.S. Chef SKi Club was first sparked by the first chefs race on Hunter Mountain in 1975.
